Oleo Tecnica s.r.l. is producing since 1976 flanges with connection in accordance with SAE J518 standard. The main product is the split flange in the various versions to whom we added the different type of the SAE and CETOP flanges, straight and 90° connectors and flanges on customers' drawings. Located at outlying village Geromina in Treviglio, Bergamo, it is a company covering about 15.000 mq of which 8.300 mq closed.
The warehouse
The company policy is "customer oriented" and has the objective of the satisfaction of the customer's requirements including the quickest delivery of the ordered materials. For this reason we have decided that 5.000 mq of covered surface are used for the stock to better answer to the customer's delivery in an excellent way.
The machineries
The Management has committed himself to update the machineries with modern equipments. We have traditional machines, transfers for the production of the split flanges and robotics machines to produce big lots. Oleo Tecnica is also able to guarantee production flexibility for small lots and on customer's drawings. Furthermore, the production accuracy is guaranteed by metrological instrumentation periodically calibrated with reference to main samples kept in metrological room at a controlled temperature.
Application field
Oleo Tecnica's production is generally used on oil hydraulic systems in various fields (shipbuilding, earth moving machines, mobile equipments, machine tools, etc...) and where there is passage of oil under pressure.
